Light and painted images

The effects of colour temperature variation on chromatic response, produced by a lighting system which is focused on painted images.

This report summarises the method and procedures adopted during the product impact evaluation of an innovative lighting system which uses fluorescent lamps capable of adjusting the colour temperature and the intensity of the luminous flux on areas of photo-degradation within the work of art and on the effects produced during the enjoyment of this art.
