Wow: LED pole mounted luminaires - Pole-top applications iGuzzini

Available in two versions– large body and small body - Wow can be installed as pole top or on an overhanging single or double arm, with the possibility of inserting also an intermediate version.

Wow features various innovative solutions that render it one of the most effective street lighting systems: it allows for a 58% saving in energy consumption compared to analogous fittings with the best light sources currently available on the international market.

When comparing with a product that uses conventional sources, for example, a fitting with 24 LEDs, 4000K, it absorbs only 36W producing the same quantity and quality of light on the street surface of one that uses 70 W high pressure sodium vapour lamps, but has an overall absorption of 85W.

The street lighting luminaire Wow is available with six different types of latest generation high performance, symmetrical and asymmetrical street optics. The light is homogenous, the colour rendering noteworthy and there is no upwards dispersion of the light flow.

The high lighting capacity of Wow allows for greater distance between poles, with a consequent reduction in the number of fittings required, a lower visual impact and reduced purchasing, maintenance and energy costs. 

Its operation can be easily programmed with an “intelligent” electronic system that manages, internally, the activity of each single LED. The driver monitors the temperature and preserves the average life by changing the intensity of the current as required, thus achieving a 26% saving and significantly reducing the management costs of public lighting systems.

The Led optical assembly can be replaced at the end of its life with a more technologically updated version and the single elements can also be updated.
