Ground-recessed luminaire for driveways, designed to use HIT metal halide lamps. Version for grazing light with emission from three sides. Consists of body made of AISI 304-18-8 polished stainless steel. With black-painted die-cast aluminium protective screen and EPDM seals to protect against dust and water, plus transparent tempered safety glass. The product withstands a 5000 kg static load. Outer casing for installation consists of a cast aluminium ring and a PVC tubular element. PG13.5 cable gland complete with L=800mm power cable, connected to an external component-holding box with IP67 rating made of high performance black PPS thermoplastic material. The components box also houses the electronic ballast and is set up for pass-through wiring with a double M24x1.5 stainless steel cable gland, suitable for cables with 7-16mm diameter. All external screws used are made of A2 stainless steel.
