A DMX/RDM interface/engine which can be used in stand alone mode to reproduce and repeat lighting shows previously loaded, programmed using a PC with e:cue software suite. The Butler XT2 is also used as a DMX/RDM device controlled by another E:cue engine. In stand alone mode, the Butler XT2 can be DIN rail mounted, controlling up to 1024 DMX/RDM channels. The number of DMX/RDM channels controlled can be increased to 65,536 channels by clustering more Butler XT2s. This interface/engine has many connection options, used for controlling lighting shows run on the device. Connection options include direct connection to Glass-Touch panels/terminals, RS-232, digital inputs and Ethernet. Supports RDM protocol for bi-directional communication. Internal real time and astronomical clock. Stand alone configuration via web browser. Check via web browser or iOS and Android apps with Action Pad. 100 MBit e: net. Serial input port (RS-232) for connection to third party systems. Eight freely configurable digital inputs (optically isolated). MicroSD card for uploading shows/archiving configuration files (supplied). Dimming system. Cuelist (programs) downloaded from E:cue Lighting Application Suite. Body material: Aluminium and Polyamide 6.6. Complete with 7-segment LED display.
