Passive speaker for recessed installation in an Ø170 mm Blade R body.
The Speaker can operate with traditional amplifiers with a constant impedance of 8 ohm or with 100/70 V line amplifiers for music and announcements (PA-public address system).
Extruded aluminium and steel body with a painted mesh on the front.
The speaker is CPR / EN54-24 certified which means it can be used on "Voice Alarm" evacuation systems outlined in the standard.
3" loudspeaker with a neodymium magnet for increased performance and lightness.
Rated power: 12 W @ 8 ohm or 12 W @ 100 V (PA)
frequency response: 115 Hz - 20,000 Hz, sensitivity: 82 dB SPL 1W @ 1 m.
Dispersion angle 160° conical (1 kHz).
Complete with ceramic terminal block and thermal fuse inside the body.

Complete with cable clamp and 90 cm long anti-flame cable and terminal block PH120 for connection. Red/black for 8 ohm connection, black/blue/brown for 100 V / 70 V line connections. 2 power selection (12W / 6W@100V or 6W / 3W@70V).
Notes
In systems with traditional constant impedance amplifiers the low frequencies must be limited to less than 115 Hz by adjusting the source’s equalization controls (e.g. the amplifier bass knob).
