Hospitality&Residential
The lighting concept for the Torni Hotel is closely related to the architecture of Art Deco skyscrapers. The layered, gently fading lighting emphasizes the verticality up to the sky bar on the 13th floor, which offers a glare-free view of the city of Helsinki. In the design process to create warm, soft and inviting lighting for the hotel facade, we paid particular attention to the quality of white light and its maintenance. The end result is an example of successful collaboration between architects, designers, manufacturers and contractors.
