Product Manager APAC

The job holder reports hierarchically to the APAC Regional Director but also functionally to the Product & Project Solutions Director in the HQ.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Embedded in a global matrix organization, all strategic activities shall be aligned with HQ in Italy.

  • Identify, create where necessary, manage, plan and coordinate all marketing-tool and promotional staff, material and activities such as: Power Trainings & Power Market Trainings. APAC selection catalogue, APAC specific Presentations and Events
  • Supporting Regional Director on Marketing Budget activities in line with above listed activities and corporate guidelines
  • Continuous monitoring and quarterly reporting of above listed activities to the Regional Director
  • Develop, establish and maintain the APAC Marketing strategy to meet organizational objectives.
  • Determine and manage the marketing budget
  • Liaise with media and advertising
  • ROI and KPI reporting

  • Indoor-, Outdoor- and IOT-solutions- Product Lifecycle Management in particular for the APAC Selection
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products in alignment with the HQ strategy.
  • In depth and continuous competition analysis
  • Identification of product portfolio to be localized in Asia premises or to be developed specifically for the APAC market
  • Special products evaluation
  • ROI and KPI reporting

Collaborate with the all sales functions throughout the APAC region.

Manage and organize the team activities and responsibilities together with the team members development.

Available to extensive travel in the APAC region.
