Federmanager names Cristiano Venturini, CFO of iGuzzini, as “Best Company Leader under 44”
We are proud to announce that Cristiano Venturini, CFO for iGuzzini and Fimag, has been named “Best Company Leader under 44” by the Federation of Industrial Manager, the main management association in Italy. The prize was presented during the national Federmanager meeting, held on 16th March, in Venice, which had as main theme ‘ITALI’ (‘Innovative and Technologically Advanced Leadership for Italy’).
Selected from 1,600 candidates – who were evaluated based on their qualifications, CVs and international experience – Cristiano Venturini won first prize at only 35 years old. He dedicated the prize to all his colleagues for their joint effort to iGuzzini’s success. This acknowledgment gives him the opportunity to take part in a study tour to the Silicon Valley in June 2018. The one week tour, sponsored by Federmanager, consists of lectures spearheaded by professors from the most prestigious university in the world and of company tours of the most innovative companies.
Having graduated with the highest honours in Business Administration from the Bocconi University in Milan and having obtained a Master’s Degree in General Management from the same university, as well as an additional one from the Business School ISTAO in Ancona, Venturini acquired his managerial title at only 31 years old.
