Blade R wins the iF Design Award 2020

Blade R is the new iGuzzini 2020 product that develops the concept of integration in architecture to improve people’s well-being through the smart activation of safety, entertainment, comfort and sustainability services. This level of innovation has now been recognised and rewarded with the iF Design Award 2020, one of the most prestigious international awards that has been celebrating design excellence for 67 years.

Blade R extends the Laser Blade XS to include a circular form with different dimensions and power ratings. The central cover can be personalised with the same finish as the ceiling or combined with certified devices (emergency lights, loudspeakers, cameras, multi-sensors, smoke detectors etc.) that can be integrated functionally and aesthetically into architecture, leaving ceilings looking sharp and harmonious.
