Sustainable Development takes a step further in iGuzzini

Ecolight is an Italian non-profit consortium of companies founded in 2004. Since then, it has been devoted to the promotion of a greater environmental awareness of proper waste collection and careful recycling. On April 19th, together with the approval of the 2016 financial statements, the Ecolight Associate Member Meeting appointed the iGuzzini Director as a Board Member for the fifth time consecutively. To the company, the appointment represents a formal recognition of the continued commitment to the product lifecycle management, from the conception to the disposal.

However, the preference also ensures remarkable continuity to the over 1700 associated companies that have been contributing to the implementation of a national ecological culture inspired by the EU “shared responsibility” principle (91/156/CEE directive).
