Top Employers Institute Italy - the certifying body for company excellence in the HR sphere - has presented its first Italian edition of
HR Best Practices Report Italy 2020, a collection of the Best Practices of Top Employers Italy 2020.
A special section of the report dedicated to the Covid-19 emergency has been added to the other 11 sections linked to the different HR spheres.
This describes the procedures adopted by iGuzzini as worthy of being analysed, studied and shared.
On the basis of the data collected via the Top Employers HR Best Practices Survey and validated by the Top Employers Institute using a procedure based on documents and objective feedback,

has been shown to be one of the most effective companies in handling this health emergency.
