The 2020 German Design Award goes to Drop by Drop.

With this declaration the jury proclaimed Drop by Drop the winner of the German Design Award 2020 in the Excellent Product Design - Lighting category.

The luminaire, designed by Alfonso Femia, seeks to recreate the ephemeral form of a drop of water by simulating a slow vertical movement. LED, OptiBeam reflectors and DALI protocol guarantee visual comfort and high efficiency in both the chrome-plated version for accent lighting and the opal variant for general lighting.
