Innoliving offices

The Innoliving company was founded in 2009 from the decade-long experience of a group of professionals in the household appliance, health and personal care sectors. In 2013, the company was granted the license to use the historic Pasta del Capitano brand by Farmaceutici Ciccarelli. In 2019, it became the agent for the Alipay payment platform (Alibaba Group) in Italy. In 2020, it launched its Medical Aid line with a range of products to help fight the pandemic. This made it the first ever company in Italy to register a rapid Covid-19 detection test with the Ministry of Health.  

2021 was a year of multiple successes. Forbes magazine listed Innoliving in its 100 Small Giants of Italian entrepreneurship and the company opened its new headquarters in Ancona. 

The project, entrusted to Sardellini Marasca Architetti, involved transforming the interiors and exterior of a 1980s craft industry warehouse that had been abandoned for 15 years. By careful redistributing external perforations, the building was clad completely in two types of sandwich panels: corrugated and smooth. This dynamic design creates a sense of variation in the long façades and adds different textures to the surfaces that are further distinguished by a high canopy. The exteriors have a pleasant dark brown tone while the interiors are predominantly white, which offsets the soft hues of the parquet flooring.   
 
The company's offices are located on the second floor. This is the main work area that consists of a large open space with private offices and meeting rooms, separated by glass partitions, positioned around it. The structure’s precast concrete beams have also been freed from their previous cladding to intentionally expose their expressive appeal. Artificial lighting is mainly provided by luminaires from the IN 30 series fitted with High Contrast optics. In some cases, these are used in a pendant version on false ceilings, and in others, they are inserted in the deep grooves that have been left as a legacy of the building's industrial past.
