Eataly and iGuzzini have worked together in various parts of the world, but the branch opened at the World Trade Center, now been rebuilt after the 9/11 terrorist attack, is particularly special. The classic Eataly format has been applied in this context too. So in the central area there is a fruit and vegetable market with brightly coloured curtains and the chain's distinctive combination of catering and shopping. Each area has its own specific lighting requirements, which were all met using iSight spotlights mounted on tracks. Observing specific instructions to save energy, LED luminaires only have been used to vertically light the product shelves and create a friendly, comfortable atmosphere in the various restaurant areas.
