About Project

Located within the Vodafone Village in via Lorenteggio in Milan, the Vodafone Experience Centre is an interactive space designed to give companies a firsthand experience of the possibilities and business benefits offered by new technologies.

The centre’s leitmotif is Digital Transformation, made available through the latest technological trends, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud and Vodafone Analytics. Visitors can view numerous technologies and applications that are self-explanatory and laid out in a way that is welcoming, reassuring, surprising and versatile. To enhance the technologies on display and the exhibition path, the lighting has been mainly incorporated in the display elements to create indirect lighting scenarios that merge with the numerous screens and displays.

Underscore light lines guide visitors through the experience using both downlight concealed in the wainscoting and uplight that exploits the reflections from the mirror-finish partitions.

The interior design also includes a “total black look” ceiling that adds a theatrical touch to the technological displays. This was fitted with System 53 Laser Blade luminaires and specially designed spotlights to illuminate the different parts of the exhibition, including the meeting and relaxation areas and retail corner with both accent and scenario lighting. The mirror finish entrance platform is also animated with diffuse and uniform lighting created by high contrast Laser Blade luminaires
