Company profile

iGuzzini UK was originated in 1990 as a full subsidiary to iGuzzini Italy and has now established itself as one of the largest architectural lighting Companies within the UK market.

The new headquarters in Guildford, Surrey were designed by Paris-based architect Pier Luigi Copat in conjunction with Guildford based Architects Lewis & Hickey. The project consists of a 3-story office block and warehouse finished with glass and grey cladding reminiscent in finish to raw cast aluminimum, one of the signature materials of iGuzzini luminaires.

The show room for the Company remains at the Business Design Centre in London, and this facility not only shows products, but also demonstrates basic lighting design concepts and portrays the basic fundemmental elements of light. The showroom also houses SIVRA, the electric daylight fitting which can produce artificial light from any weather pattern around the world, i.e. grey winter days to sunny summer days.

We also continue to have our national network of Lighting Project Engineers who enable the organisation to assist with a myriad of differentiated lighting design projects for both the internal and external environment.
