iGuzzini at the Italian Design Icons in Chongqing

Italian Design Icons - Southwest Edition was entirely dedicated to Made in Italy style and sustainability. The third edition of IDI, the event staged by the Consulate General of Italy in Chongqing and the Italian Trade Agency to promote Italian design throughout the world, was held in Chongqing, China. From June 4th to 6th, IDI shone a light on innovative products and projects belonging to internationally acclaimed Italian brands, like iGuzzini.

In fact, Blade R, a luminaire that increases human wellbeing by allowing different devices with different functions to be installed inside it, and Palco InOut Framer, a high performance architectural projector, offer a perfect combination of sustainability and high quality design.

Luca Tarsetti, Regional Director APAC, also took part in the event with a talk on the theme of “Style and Sustainability”: design intended not only as an aesthetic characteristic, but also as the design and application of innovative technologies, research and the study of new materials and new solutions.
