Perelada Wineries

Once all the premises were analysed, it was decided to exploit the space and the difference in height between the farm and the end of the hill to build the winery spaces with a curved profile and a finish that is in continuity with the Granja. It is no longer about a building, but about a landscape. Not an emergency, but a silent and timeless intervention. Not a break, but a natural continuity in the Empordà landscape, just like a wine that, when poured, drips from the hands.

In the design of the new Perelada winery, natural and artificial light were managed in two ways: First, one that showcases the architecture of the building and, second, one that reveals its soul and draws us into the narrative of the wine.
