The DALI gateway connects the KNX protocol to digital electronic devices which have a DALI interface. Allows the control and adjustment of up to 64 addresses divided into 16 groups. The display can be used to view error messages for individual driver or each lamp. Up to 16 scenes can be controlled. Putting into service and configuration, like the assignment of groups and scene setting, can be performed using: the device (control buttons and display); a software tool (free); the integrated Web server. The RJ45 connection is used for connecting to a PC (with standard browser); a portable Web panel or a PDA. The device has 2 inputs for connection, for example, of push-buttons (site operation). The bus is connected via a special bus connecting terminal; a data rail is not necessary. The DALI network and cable, like the switching inputs, are connected by screw terminals on the device.
