Description
Indoor presence sensor. When the KNX Presence detects small movements in a room, data telegrams are sent to simultaneously control the lighting, the Venetian blinds or the heating. If the lighting is controlled by a movement sensor which is sensitive to the light level, the device constantly monitors the light level in the room. If sufficient natural light is available, the device switches off the artificial light even if there is a person present. The overshoot time can be adjusted using the ETS. Lighting control allows the required light level to be achieved permanently. By means of adjustment and optional use of a second lighting unit, a constant light level is maintained. The IR receiver can be used to remotely modify individual KNX Presence configurations, with the integrated bus coupler. KNX software functions: five movement/presence blocks: up to four functions can be triggered per block. Telegrams: 1 bit, 1 byte, 2 bytes. An additional lighting control block: the light level can be kept constant by adjusting an additional adjustable level. Infrared receiver. Infrared configuration: setting the light level threshold, staircase light timer factors or range. Normal operation, master, slave, monitoring, safety pause, disable function. Four movement sensors: sensitivity and range can be set separately for each sensor. Self-adjusting staircase light timer. Actual light level value: can be detected using the outdoor and/or indoor light sensor. Correction of the actual value. Detection angle: 360°. Range: max. 7 m (when mounted at a height of 2.5 m) Number of levels: 6 Number of zones: 136 with 544 switching segments Number of movement sensors: 4, separately adjustable Light sensor: infinitely adjustable internal sensor, from approx. 10 to 2000 Lux (ETS); external sensor via KNX. Number of IR channels: 10 for controlling KNX devices, 10 for configuration EC Directives: guidelines for Low Voltage Directive 73/23/EEC and EMC Directive 89/336/EEC Accessories: surface-mounted housing for KNX Presence, code MI12. Transmitter: Distance infrared remote control, code MH95. Contents: bus connecting terminal and supporting plate.
