last update: 19/03/2026Description
Casambi Bluetooth multi-sensor for flush-mounted installation, compatible with the Casambi system and components.
The sensor detects movement (PIR) and illuminance value allowing control based on daylight.
It is programmed, enabled and paired with the devices through the Casambi app available on the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
The sensor is supplied with two optional shielding accessories to be mounted under the lens, useful for narrowing the detection beam in corridors and to avoid detection towards unwanted directions.
The black version is supplied with a black cover with lens, to be mounted instead of the white one.
Specifications:
- Mains voltage power supply 220-240 V | 50/60 Hz
- Max power consumption: <0.5 W
- Daylight illumination range, detected in sensor position: 1-2000 lx (± 20 %)
- Frequency and protocol 2.4 GHz Bluetooth Low Energy.
- Can be integrated into Evolution (up to 250 nodes) and Long range networks (max 60 nodes recommended)
- Max transmission power: +20 dBm
- OTA (over the air) update via app.
- Integrated beacon and can be activated via app (iBeacon) which enables smart functions for third-party applications and iGuzzini Jiminy Push Notification apps.

Installation
Description
Flush-mounted, on a Ø 70 mm diameter hole.
Indicative coverage diameter at 3 m installation height, without shading accessory installed:
Movement --> Ø 8 m (106° detection opening).
Daylight --> Ø 3.7 m (64° detection opening).
Maximum mounting height: 4 m.
Refer to the instruction sheet for correct positioning. Avoid positions where the sensor could be hit by direct light and where it could be affected by heat sources.;
Wiring
The sensor only needs wiring to the mains (L-N) as it communicates in mesh with the components and devices of the Casambi system via Bluetooth.
Equipped with upper cover for terminals and cable gland.
Notes
Max distance between sensors-sensors and between sensors-devices: 8 m.
The max distance is influenced by the presence of physical obstacles such as walls, metal panels and the layout of the system.
