Sumosan, the high-class contemporary Japanese restaurant chain is famous for serving delicious, top-quality sushi and sashimi that have been praised by critics and won numerous prizes. The restaurant was initially founded in Moscow in 1997 and now has branches in all the most sophisticated locations in the world, including London, Munich and Dubai. Sumosan’s latest restaurant is located in Porto Montenegro, one of the most luxurious ports in Europe. The location’s interior design is simple and refined with elegant architectural lines and no superfluous objects, and this compliance with minimalist Japanese style is also reflected in the lighting design that is based on a perfect balance between light and shadow. On account of their strict minimalist style, Laser Blade High Contrast and Laser Blade XS luminaires have been used, in both pendant and recessed versions. The soft atmosphere they create is so perfect that many customers have commented and even posted compliments about it.
