About Project

The Nuevo Hotel Zenit Sevilla, located in the heart of Seville, in the Triana district, opens its doors after a complete refurbishment project.  The hotel has various various types of rooms, so it can offer a perfect service to all types of guest, from families to couples, single guests and those who travel for work. There are also a number of spaces for events, as well as a large open air dining room and a bar in the upper swiming pool area.

The lighting design underlines this sense of comfort and hospitality by using a wide range of luminaires. In the bedrooms, for example, recessed Laser Blade luminaires have been used to create functional lighting, while Underscore light lines mark out the perimeters. For the meeting rooms a homogeneous lighting system has been created, based on a balanced installation of iPlan Easy and perimeter-mounted Laser Blade luminaires.

The stairs and internal patios have been given the emphasis they require thanks to ground-recessed Light up Orbit devices, whereas 1550 lm iSight projectors havbe been chosen for the buffet zones on account of their extreme versatility.

In the bathrooms, as well as the 2700 K colour temperature Underscore appliances, recessed Laser luminaires have been used that are highly compact but very effective.

Surface-mounted iPros have been installed in the outdoor areas, and in the corridors on the various floors a black version of the luminaire has been used to light the doors to the various rooms.

The hotel’s facade is animated by a 360º light blade effect created by a combination of Trick and iPro projectors.
