Double extruded-aluminium arm subjected to phosphochromate treatment with double primer, passivation at 120° C, painting, baking at 150° C. The surface of the arm is painted with liquid paint. The power-supply cable (maximum section allowed 15 mm²) passes inside the arm. The attachment to the optical assembly in diecast aluminium is located at one end of the arm - fixed by two internal screws. The arm is coupled to the optical assembly by two safety bolts and two fixing screws in stainless steel. The two flanges are coupled to each other and are fixed to the pole. Stainless-steel nuts and screws M10 ensure their installation. The flanges are made of chill-cast aluminium and subjected to phosphochromate treatment. Each flange is equipped with hexagonal elements that prevent the counterrotation of nuts and bolts in stainless steel. This prevents the product from rotating. A stainless-steel tie rod is located in the upper section with mechanical and aesthetical functions. It is fixed to the pole and arm by two chill-cast aluminium elements and is adjusted by means of the threads at its ends. All screws are made of stainless steel.
