Single extruded-aluminium arm subjected to phosphochromate treatment with double primer, passivation at 120° C, painting, baking at 150° C. The surface of the arm is painted with liquid paint. The power-supply cable (maximum section allowed 15 mm²) passes inside the arm. The attachment to the optical assembly in diecast aluminium is located at one end of the arm - fixed by two internal screws. The arm is coupled to the optical assembly by two safety bolts and two fixing screws in stainless steel. A diecast-aluminium wall fixing plate is located at the other end of the arm - subjected to phosphochromate treatment. All screws are made of stainless steel.
