Projector designed to use metal-halide lamps with flood optic. It is made up of an optical assembly and a component-holding base. The optical assembly, arm, base and frame are made of aluminium alloy EN1706AC 46100LF and are subjected to phosphochromatisation treatment with double primer and passivation at 120 °C. The liquid acrylic paint is baked at 150°C and ensures high resistance to the external environment and UV rays. The hardened soda-lime closing glass (4 mm thick) is transparent and colourless. It is fixed by captive screws. The 50/60 Shore A silicone gasket is subjected to post-cooling treatment (in the oven) in advance for 4/6 hours at 200 °C. The optical assembly can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally. The aiming system can be locked in place and has slots in the frame for rainwater to run off. It is connected to the component box by a silicone armoured cable with protection steel plait. Optic with 99.96% superpure annealed sheet aluminium reflector subjected to cleanup treatment - 2/4-micron electrochemical anodisation and polishing. The cable clamp for connecting the wiring compartment to the lamp compartment is made of nickel-plated brass M14x1. For power supply, the fitting comes complete with a black polyamide cable clamp PG11 suitable for cables 6.5 to 11.5 mm in diameter. Socket PGJ5 complete with cables. The socket support is made of galvanised steel.All external screws are made of stainless steel A2.
