Description
Outdoor luminaire with high, visual comfort, downlight, street optic (G6), designed for use with LED lamps. Body made of painted, die-cast aluminium with a 4 mm thick, sodium-calcium glass closure built into the frame. The optical assembly is fitted with a glass closure joined to the frame at the front with silicone to guarantee a watertight seal. The frame includes slots for rainwater drainage. The device is fitted with a double cable gland (M24x1,5) for pass-through wiring. MaxiWoody swivels vertically on a bracket with a 10° interval graduated scale and fitted with mechanical locking mechanisms for aiming the light beam securely. Horizontal aiming is achieved by means of the holes and slots in the ground-fixing bracket. The optical assembly is easy to access as it is fitted with a decompression valve that eliminates the internal vacuum. All the components are positioned on a single plate with captive screws, so extraordinary maintenance can be conducted rapidly. The optical assembly and the pole attachment system are made of EN1706AC 46100LF aluminium alloy and subjected to a multi-step, pre-treatment process, in which the main phases are degreasing, fluorozirconation (a protective surface film) and sealing (with a nano-structured silane layer). The painting stage consists of a primer and a liquid acrylic paint, cured at 150 °C, with a high level of weather and UV ray resistance. Patented Optismart optic system, complete with circuit fitted with Warm White monochrome LEDs and silver aluminium reflectors. LEDs can be substituted in the lab in groups of 12. Selv electronic control gear. Control gear connected with quick-coupling connectors. DALI electronic control gear. Driver with automatic internal temperature control system. Driver with 3 different operating profiles, without the aid of external controls, fixed profiles at 100% corresponding to three different lumen outputs. Profiles can be selected using microswitches. Replaceable control gear. There is no light dispersion into the upper hemisphere above this luminaire when it is in a horizontal position (in compliance with the strictest standards for the prevention of light pollution). All external screws are made of stainless steel.

Wiring The product is powered by cables from a pre-wiring box with a 4-pin terminal board and resistance to mains voltage spikes of up to 4KV (Varistor). The product is kept perfectly watertight at the power cable entry point by means of an insulation class II, PG M24x1.5 mm double cable gland made of thermoplastic material with a thrust ring and rubber gasket.
