Outdoor luminaire with high, visual comfort, downlight, street optic (G6), designed for use with LED lamps. Body made of painted, die-cast aluminium with a 4 mm thick, sodium-calcium glass closure built into the frame. The optical assembly is fitted with a glass closure joined to the frame at the front with silicone to guarantee a watertight seal. The frame includes slots for rainwater drainage. The device is fitted with a double cable gland (M24x1,5) for pass-through wiring. MaxiWoody swivels vertically on a bracket with a 10° interval graduated scale and fitted with mechanical locking mechanisms for aiming the light beam securely. Horizontal aiming is achieved by means of the holes and slots in the ground-fixing bracket. The optical assembly is easy to access as it is fitted with a decompression valve that eliminates the internal vacuum. All the components are positioned on a single plate with captive screws, so extraordinary maintenance can be conducted rapidly. The optical assembly and the pole attachment system are made of EN1706AC 46100LF aluminium alloy and subjected to a multi-step, pre-treatment process, in which the main phases are degreasing, fluorozirconation (a protective surface film) and sealing (with a nano-structured silane layer). The painting stage consists of a primer and a liquid acrylic paint, cured at 150 °C, with a high level of weather and UV ray resistance. Patented Optismart optic system, complete with circuit fitted with Neutral White monochrome LEDs and silver aluminium reflectors. LEDs can be substituted in the lab in groups of 12.
