Luminaire with a direct light street optic with a maximum operating ambient temperature of 40°C. The optical assembly is made of EN1706AC 46100LF aluminium alloy, subjected to a multi-step, pre-treatment process in which the main phases are degreasing, fluorozirconation (a protective surface film) and sealing (with a nano-structured silane layer). The painting stage consists of a primer and a textured acrylic paint, cured at 150°C, with a high level of weather and UV ray resistance. The 5 mm thick, sodium-calcium closing glass for the optical assembly is fitted to the product via 4 screws. The metal component assembly is closed with 5 screws. The power supply includes an automatic internal temperature control system. The product is fitted with a multi-pole Zhaga 4 PIN socket, including an IP65 cap. The product is supplied with a Neutral White monochrome LED circuit. The component and optic assemblies can be opened using everyday tools (an option with tool-free opening screws is available on request). The light flow emitted in the upper hemisphere of the system in the horizontal position is null. The product is pre-wired with a 6m long outlet cable. All external screws are made of stainless steel.
