Direct-light lighting system designed to use metal-halide or sodium-vapour lamps 150W for symmetrical optic. The system is made up of a parallelepiped optical assembly, U-shaped arm and adaptor for the pole. The optical assembly is made of texturised liquid acrylic paint aluminium. The lower section is closed by a protection glass hardened and sealed by a neoprene gasket. The bowl is fixed to the lower frame by means of a hinging system that permits opening the system to access the component assembly and the optical assembly. The polished 99.9% superpure aluminium reflector is fixed to the body by means of stainless steel screws. The ceramic socket is equipped with an anti-loosening device for the light source and is fixed to the reflector by aluminium supports. The U-shaped galvanised-steel supporting arm is fixed to the frame of the optical assembly by threaded dowels. The system is applied to the pole by means of an adapter designed for a diameter of 102 mm. The adapter is fixed to the U-shaped arm by fixing screws and to the pole by 4 dowels.

Wiring
A disconnecting switch with fuse can be inserted upon request for fast and safe maintenance. The lampholder is connected to the wiring plate by a fast-fitting terminal board. The aluminium component-holding plate is equipped with control gear comprising explosion-proof capacitor.
