Floodlight with 315W PGZ18 HIT (CDM-T Elite MW) metal halide discharge lamps, with asymmetrical optic 60°. Optical assembly, door and cylinder made of die-cast aluminium, with dual phosphochromating of the base metal, passivation at 120°C, RAL 9007 grey liquid paint or textured black, curing at 150°C; possibility of using a graduated scale to adjust the angle relative to the road surface by + 15°/-5°. 5 mm thick tempered sodium–calcium safety glass. Optical assembly and door fixed to each other by a hinge and two clips for tool-free opening. Steel door automatic retention system. Optical assembly complete with decompression valve, for easy opening by eliminating the internal vacuum. The internal reflector unit, made anodised aluminium, can be pulled out without tools. The lamp holder, with lamp anti-loosening device, is fixed to the reflector by aluminium supports and connected to the wiring plate by quick-coupling terminals. The aluminium component-holding plate can be pulled out without tools and has electronic control gear and quick-coupling terminals. It is isolated from the cover by spacers. Safety disconnecting switch. Versions with double fuse and twilight photocell are available upon request. The optical assembly is fixed to the wall-mounting or pole-top attachment by two fixing screws with the Elicel system. Two safety bolts make it easy to fit. The light flow emitted in the upper hemisphere of the Delphi small body in the horizontal position is null (in conformity with the strictest standards for the prevention of light pollution). All external screws used are made of stainless steel. The luminaire technical features conform to EN60598-1 standards and particular requirements.

The floodlight can be installed on a pole (even with an arm), with single or double pole-top attachment (ø60/ø76/ø102/ø120mm) or triple pole-top attachment (ø102/ø120mm), or it can be wall-mounted. Installation on a pole may be flush with 6000 mm, 7000 mm or 8000 mm poles (from iGuzzini), or external (with poles not from iGuzzini). Versions with poles for burial and with base plate. Installation on pole with arms, made of hot galvanised steel coated with acrylic liquid paint, using a flange with ø102/ø120 mm (for all poles) or with screws (only for iGuzzini poles).;
