Outdoor bollard installable on ground and floor, designed for the use of LED sources with 180° asymmetric optics. The complete product consists of an optical compartment with attachment and a cylindrical bollard to be ordered separately. The optical compartment is composed of: painted aluminum top cover, PMMA flux recuperator, plexiglass emitting lens, aluminum textured collar, silicone gasket for watertight seal and power supply. The aluminum parts undergo a multi-step pre-treatment, where the main phases are degreasing, fluorozirconating (surface protective layer) and sealing (silane nano-structured layer). The subsequent painting phase is carried out with primer and liquid acrylic paint, baked at 150°C, which provides high resistance to atmospheric agents and UV rays. The compartment is supplied with an outgoing cable L=100mm to be connected to the power supply via a connector. The optical system is complete with a circuit with Neutral White monochromatic LEDs. All external screws used are made of stainless steel.
