External floodlight designed for use with metal-halide 250W HIT-DE lamps. The optical assembly is composed of three elements: the cover is made of die cast aluminium and houses the lampholder; the holder frame with silicone gasket is made of die cast aluminium and fixed to the optical assembly with nickel-plated screws; the articulated joint is used for the vertical orientation of the cover and is fixed to the extruded aluminium control gear box with end caps of die cast aluminium and stainless steel screws.
