Description
Street-optic system designed to use sodium-vapour lamps 150W with power limiter. It is made up of optical assembly, arm, flanges and pole. The hemispheric optical assembly is made of turned aluminium sheet (thickness 2mm) subjected to phosphochromatic and liquid acrylic painting treatments. The upper section is equipped with a junction to the arm that permits levelling the bowl. The lower section is enclosed by a tempered protection glass with non-staining silicone closing gasket subjected to post-cooling 200°C oven treatment. The glass is coupled to the optical assembly by means of stainless-steel fixing screws for quick snap closing and quick opening by 90° rotation with a tool. A retention cable prevents the glass from falling during installation and maintenance. The optical assembly is made up of a polished 99.9% superpure aluminium reflector. The ceramic lampholder comprises an antiloosening device for the lamp. The galvanised-steel powder-painted supporting arm is complete with two die-cast aluminium flanges for pole application. The flanges and the arm are designed to let the cables needed for wiring pass through. The connection of arm, flange and poles is ensured by means of two stainless-steel screws (M6x20mm) equipped with antiloosening system. The 7000-mm tapered pole is made of EN 10025S235JR steel by means of roller-levelling and welding processes followed by hot galvanising (minimum average thickness 70 microns) according to standard UNI EN ISO 1461. Surface treatment by powder painting. The pole is designed to withstand wind dynamic pressure as tested in the configuration with three optical assemblies in the installation area of Italian Region Liguria, zone 7, territory type D, site category III in compliance with current regulations. The protruding 186x45-mm inspection opening is 1,250 mm from the ground and is closed by a die-cast door complete with sealing gasket. The earthing connection for the pole is made through an M8x17-mm tropicalised steel insert in the part of the pole that emerges from the ground. The supply cable enters the hole through a 62x42-mm opening placed near the base of the pole.
