Description
Projector designed for metal-halide discharge lamps HIT (CDO-TT) or sodium-vapour lamps HST 70 W with asymmetric Flood optic. The optical assembly and the pole attachment system are made of EN1706AC 46100LF aluminium alloy and subjected to a multi-step, pre-treatment process, in which the main phases are degreasing, fluorozirconation (a protective surface film) and sealing (with a nano-structured silane layer). The painting stage consists of a primer and a liquid acrylic paint, cured at 150 °C, with a high level of weather and UV ray resistance. The inclination can be adjusted with respect to the road surface by ± 15° by a graduated scale. Hardened soda-lime oval transparent protection glass with thickness 4 mm. The glass and frame close the lower section of the optical assembly. The lower frame is fixed to the cap by a rear hinge and two captive screws. The high IP is ensured by the grey silicone gasket 40 Shore placed between the two elements. The slots on the frame are used for the downflow of rainwater. The internal reflector assembly is fixed to the body by stainless-steel screws. The lamp holder has an anti-loosening device for the light source. It is fixed to the reflector by aluminium supports and is connected to the wiring plate by fast-coupling terminal blocks. The hot-galvanised-steel (EN10142 DX51D+Z - ZF) component-holding plate is subjected to natural finishing and degreasing. It can be pulled out and has a control gear with explosion-proof capacitor, fast-coupling terminal boards and fuse-holding disconnecting switch (upon request). It insulated from the cap by means of spacers and captive screws. The optical assembly is fixed to the wall or pole-top attachment by two fixing screws. Two safety bolts make its application easier. No light flow is emitted in the upper section of the system in horizontal position in compliance with the strictest regulations on light pollution. All screws are made of stainless steel.

Installation

Description

The projector can be applied to the wall or fitted to the top of the pole (single, double or triple protruding/flush pole top). The wall-mounted version can be installed in the UP position. The application to the pole is carried out at a height of 6000 mm, 7000 mm or 8000 mm (poles with buried base) or at a height of 9000 mm or 10000 mm (poles with buried base or plate).;
Mounting Poletop bottom entry
Wiring The special pole-top attachment ensures the safe passage of the supply cables and permits application on existing 102/120-mm-diameter poles with no need for holes. The product is energy-supplied by cables from a pre-wiring box. Perfect water tightness of the hole for the power-supply cable is ensured by a thermoplastic cable clamp PG M24x1.5 mm, ring and rubber element. Insulation Class II is thus ensured.
